**Warranty Coverage:**

Alanis Foam warrants to the original purchaser that its foam molding products, made of Expanded Polystyrene (Syrofoam) and covered with acrylic stucco, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

**Warranty Limitations:**

Alanis Foam’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any defective product. Alanis Foam reserves the right to inspect any product claimed to be defective. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration, neglect.

Damage caused by acts proper of Nature such as hurricanes, earthquakes or floods.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

Color fading or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors.

This warranty is void if the product has been modified or repaired.

Customer Pick Up (CPU) is free, but if freight is required for your product, the Shipping Costs will be calculated and agreed upon once the product is finished, packed and ready to go.

Freight bills will be sent separately as a link to our secure website for payment and must be paid before shipping. Once payment is made, we will send the tracking information given by the freight company. Shipping is billed separately but will be added to the final Invoice.

Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs will be calculated after the product is finished and ready to ship.

Factors Affecting Cost: Weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping 96" long moldings: To send 8ft (96") long moldings via freight companies, the molding will be cut into 4 (four) 2ft (24") pieces. If acrylic stucco is ordered for the molding, it will only be installed on the outer front sides of the molding, but not on the right and left side.

Multiple Shipping Options: We provide various shipping options (e.g., standard, expedited) with different shipping companies, price points and delivery times. We will provide several quotes to choose from.

Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping companies will estimate the expected delivery time after the product is shipped.

Tracking Information: Shipping companies will give tracking information once the product is shipped.

Insurance Options: Shipping companies offer optional insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during shipping. Let us know if you’d like to be insured before paying and making the label.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Please note that additional fees may apply for remote or international shipping.
Unless the product in the catalog is in inventory, most of it is made to order. That is due to the great number of possible combinations in height and projection measures. We know your project is special and will have certain specifications in measurements, and that is what we will try to cover in the products in our catalog.

Once you have determined the correct height, projection, width and number of pieces needed, go ahead to the product in the catalog and browse the different combinations of measures that better fit your needs and fill in the requirements.
